LCA has a consulting team drawn from Asia and the West. As a team we have many years experience in managing and improving supply chain operations in Asia. The team has skills varying from the most hands-on operational to complex forecasting and mathematical optimization skills.

Ng Li Wah

CEO

Li Wah has over 14 years experience in logistics systems and operations and supply chain consulting. She leads many of our operational improvement and systems implementation assignments – placing a heavy focus on people development and the sustainability of the solution, and has delivered projects for Danone, Nestlé, Lufthansa / Air China and TNT.

Li Wah holds a degree in Logistics from RMIT in Australia.

John Talbot

John has over 20 years experience in the logistics industry, the last 11 years being spent running operations and consulting in Asia. John has held senior logistics positions at Mayne Nickless and Diethelm. His consulting clients include DHL, GlaxoSmithKline, Heinz ABC, Linde and Maersk.

John holds a masters degree in Logistics from Cranfield University in the UK and an Arts degree from the University of London.

Gareth Jenkins

Gareth’s specialises in the use of rigorous fact-based supply chain analysis, modelling and simulation to identify supply chain improvements suited to the individual needs of clients. He has 20 years experience in industry and consulting, including roles and projects with Beiersdorf, Exxon Mobil, Nestlé, Tesco, Unilever and Wal*Mart.

Gareth holds a BA in Economics and Politics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Logistics from Cranfield University – where he remains the top graduate since the course foundation.
