- Established the Asian Customization Centre in South-China for a leading hi-tech manufacturer and migrated the customization and value-added services for all inkjet and laser printers sold in Asia Pacific.
- Coordinated establishment of 11 VMI hubs in Asia Pacific to support the launch and on-going requirement of a branded inkjet printer business. VMI hubs were either independent merge centers or components hubs attached to a manufacturing facility.
